Kate Pedley

Kate Webb (artist name Pedley) draws (!) upon her extensive observation of flowers and landscape. She uses line and watercolour as well as her knowledge of wildlife to express her passion for nature.

Born and raised in Norfolk, after gaining a degree in psychology, Kate worked at the UEA and took classes in watercolour techniques. Kate loves the patterns that reveal themselves on close observation of the natural world.

As well as paintings, she sells greeting cards and profits go to Hodmedods, a local hedgehog support group.

Our garden is large and informal, with two ponds, and lots of wild areas. There are plenty of seats.  We have a large parking area at the front, and access to the studio is via the gate to the right of the bungalow.
